Punkinhead

We planned a fall mountain weekend for when the leaves would be peak with hopes of lots of fun mountain adventures.  Unfortunately, I got very sick (I do not recommend abscessed tonsils for anyone out there wondering) and didn't do much but lay around with a fever for two days.  But on our way out, we stopped by the annual fall display at Fred's General Store.  Couldn't miss a chance to pose for a few sweet photos.

    I think we are traveling in the same circles, just never cross paths. We, too, made the Parkway ride ... so beautiful but I did NOT see anything as adorable as the little Clara pumpkin. So love that hat! Hope you are feeling better ... so NOT fun, huh?
