TWO years ago on St. Patrick's Day we were planning our anniversary trip to Ireland (Clara came back with us from that trip). ONE year ago on St. Patrick's Day we were preparing for her birth and not knowing what might be ahead. So, thankful to have been able to celebrate this St. Patrick's Day with our very own little Irish blessing.
Standing all on her own, and sniffing a clover....
And then there's this face which she's making all the time recently. I love it.
May God give you...
For every storm, a rainbow,
For every tear a smile,
For every care a promise,
And a blessing in each trial.
For every problem life sends,
A faithful friend to share,
For every sigh, a sweet song,
And an answer for each prayer.
Does her bow change in these pictures?? She is too much! I love the face!
ReplyDeleteIt does.... I thought the first one was a little too big and looked ridiculous so I went back to our tiny bows. Hahahhaha.... some day she'll have enough hair for a giant southern-style bow!
DeleteSweet Baby Clara! It has been such a joy to follow your blog through this last year, and to see the pictures of her so happy and glowing. Thank you for sharing your faith in our Great God and Creator.
