KBC Easter Egg Hunt

Clara's birthday was a cram-packed day.  After everyone woke up from some naps, we headed to church for the big Easter Eggstravaganza.  Actually, I don't know that they called it that.  I kind of hope they didn't.  But that's what these kinds of events are usually called - crafts, egg hunts, games, snacks, general fun and merriment.  It was the perfect way to spend a birthday afternoon and we had a great time.  Here are the photos to prove it.

walking in, holding Peeps' hand....

Clara working on her "bunny ear" craft

Lindsey girls, craftin' it up

When Eleanor concentrates the hardest, her tongue comes out...
Clara had fun with this carnival game, even if she didn't "play by the rules."

She even got to dye some eggs....

Then we all headed to the playground for the Easter Egg hunt!

Katharine and Annabel set out to find some eggs!

 Love this beautiful girl!

Clara had no interest in hunting for Easter Eggs.  None.  At all.  Whatsoever.  She just wanted to play on the playground....

No interest, that is, until she discovered that some of the eggs had candy in them!!

Thanks, Knollwood, once again, for being such an awesome church community.  We are deeply thankful for you!

What fun!! We used to have Easter egg hunts at our house. They were never huge events. Just lovingly organized by Mom and Dad!! ;-D
